Greetings everyone!

I hope all are well. Let's see, I just got back from a trip to the West Coast. I spent a few days conducting business in San Francisco but also had about a week of vacation time so my wife and I drove out to Yosemite for a few days and then we drove back to Napa to spend a few days. It was really the first time we have had time together without the kids in about 12 years so to say this was overdue would be an understatement.

Attached is an image I took from Glaier Point in Yosemite. You can see "Half Dome" on the right. That day on the valley floor it was 78 degrees and at Glacier Point (elev. 7,014 ft.) there was 4 feet of snow on the ground. Very cool!

Anyway, everyone please keep in touch and thanks to Jeri for putting this together.

Library DC grads sharing with fellow staff

Jeri didn't tell you that we're discussing what we learned on our staff intranet for staff to read and discuss. It's very cool! There is a lot of staff interest in what we learned and some want to attend the course as well.

We're tying this in with our Customer Service/mystery shopping learning and discussions about the Fish! Philosophy.
